WholeHome Refine offers optional SMS programs with separate consent, clear opt-out keywords, and no contractor data transfer.

SMS Program Description
WholeHome Refine offers optional text message programs for homeowners who request renovation planning resources and coordination status updates.
Account notification messages may include roadmap delivery notices, checklist reminders, milestone reminders, and requested coordination updates.
Marketing messages may include renovation planning tips, maintenance reminders, roadmap updates, and homeowner organization resources when separately selected.
Opt-In Is Optional
SMS consent is not required to receive the free whole home renovation roadmap or use any coordination service.
Each SMS category is selected separately and is unchecked by default on the inquiry form.
Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your selected categories, requested resources, and coordination activity.
Msg and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages.
Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out of SMS messages.
Opt-out requests are processed immediately and confirmed with a single confirmation message. No further messages are sent after opt-out unless you opt in again.

Data Sharing Limits
SMS consent data is not sold, shared, rented, or transferred to contractors, service providers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.
Coordination introductions require separate, explicit permission before contact information is shared with a specific independent provider for that introduction only.
No Contractor Services by SMS
WholeHome Refine is not a contractor, service provider, installer, repair company, employer of contractors, or guarantor of pricing, availability, workmanship, licensing, insurance, or appointment scheduling.
SMS messages are limited to requested renovation planning content and coordination status updates.
Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability.
